These diapers are really easy to get on and off. And we've never had an "accident" in the water. We can enjoy the beach or poolside knowing that our 1-year old is "contained." These are really absorbent. So be careful when you take your infant or toddler out of the water. Don't just plop him down. Our daycare provider did that after our Spencer was playing in the water with his friends for a long time. She set him down on the pavement and the diaper kind of went boom. (But nothing ever leaked into the pool).

My daughter is five months old and approx 15 lbs. All the swim diapers are too big. They still seem to work for the short amount of time she had has to wear them though.

We bought these for a beach vacation with our twin 6-month-old boys. Don't believe the packaging that says these fit 16 lbs and up, because our boys are between 16 and 17 lbs and the diapers leaked like crazy. Their swim shorts were soaked before they ever hit the pool, and the diapers are just too loose around the legs. Maybe for 18 lbs and up they work, but as they are "pull-up" and there is no way to manually tighten them, I can't recommend these at all.
